Alaska Tyme

Lineage:

Alaska Tyme's sire, Any Tyme, is already proving to be a premium hereditary transmitter and is now in the final selection to become a Premium Stallion. His offspring have thus far received overall premium foal status in Germany and in North America. Alaska Tyme was his best foal for 2001. While his full brother, Averner, was sold for 1 million Deutsch marks to a prestigous breeding farm in Germany, Any Tyme made his Grand Prix Dressage debut in 2005 with Olympic and World Cup competitor, Evi Strasser. He won his Stallion Performance Test in 1991, receiving scores from 9.5-10 for rideability and an overall score of 146. As a 5 year old, he had 21 jumping wins, earning him the title of most successful 5 year old jumper in Germany. He is a premium heredity transmitter, passing on highly sought after traits. Any Tyme's dam's line (Landadel, Fridericus, Farness) has produced some of the most competitive and highly priced horses on the international scene: Leonardo Da Vinci with Gonnolien Rotenberger (Olympic reserve horse for Australia), Show Tyme with Christi Oatley Nist, and Tyme Square with Gilbert Boeckmam (German Team Showjumper). Fridericus stems from Farness, who produced the International Dressage Stallion Fleming, as well as many International Showjumpers and champion mares. Alaska Tyme's dam, Rosali, retired and still breeding sound at 21, produced almost exclusively premium foals, who have become successful in competition and breeding. Her sire, Rheingold (1974) is by Romadour II (1969), who can be seen in the lines of famous stallions such as Rubinstein. Her dam's sire Grünschnable (1954) by Grünspecht (1944), a producer of many state premium mares and seven approved sons, was the real founder of the G-line in Westfalen. Grünschnable was his most important son in the continuation of that line.

Offspring:

Alaska's offspring are all still very young; his oldest are now two years old. He is so far producing a very consistent type with lots of very dark bays that are very fancy.

Performance:

Alaska Tyme, now under saddle, is exhibiting the same rideability and nobility as his predecessors. He has natural uphill balance, self carriage and elastic movement. He is approved for limited breedings. We are excitedly awaiting the career of this beautiful young stallion.
